We had a large caravan awning repaired a few weeks ago, at first due to the size of the repair we were ready to throw the awning out & buy new. However we tried a few companies & chose RB sails who excelled in customer service from the start. The repair was excellent, absolutely top quality & reasonably priced & completed within a week. After collection we noticed a couple of repairs that had got missed, our fault for not checking properly. However after a phone call to explain the problem we returned it & nothing was too much trouble & plenty of apologies on their behalf. It was fixed in a few days. We would definitely recommend & use RB again.
Fantastic and impressive service from R B Sails. Recommended by a friend. Very helpful, excellent quality and reasonably priced. Now have some new, fresh and bright dodgers. Will be back for a new spray hood and sail cover soon.
