Richard produced a very thorough and well-structured report accompanied by photos where necessary. Very professional and friendly. A verbal report of main points over the phone on the day so we could raise concerns to our solicitor without a several-days wait for the written report. During the whole process we were kept informed and updated. Very pleased with it. Highly recommend.
Richard hookway was polite and kept me informed with what was going to happen, he explained everything in detail and the results were very clear and concise with pictures where necessary. If I had a query he answered my emails on the same day. To put this in a quick review Richard was very helpful, competitive and I would highly recommend him as he done a good job and saved me a lot of money as the bungalow I was buying needed a new roof and he picked up on that. We wanted an independent surveyor for a property we are purchasing. Richard was recommended. We were contacted very quickly, given a general briefing over 'phone and full details by mail. Survey completed within days. Again, a 'phone brief of main points and full report a few days later. Very thorough and objective, exactly what we wanted. Very pleased with the quality of work provided by RJH surveying. Full survey of bungalow requested, after completion a full easy to understand report was provided with photographs. One area was inaccessible on the day the surveyor attended the property, but he returned a month later and completed the survey. This included rechecking additional areas at my request with no extra charge. I have also telephoned with queries which have been answered with explanation, one call was answered by the surveyor when he happened to be on holiday. Very impressed, nothing too much trouble.
