One star is too much for this company they are total SCAM! They offer services and they do not deliver but they taken our money, after we call them to cancel the deal as they do not deliver the container how they promise they told us they will and refund the money. They didn't and after trying to call them 100 times some girl told us that we wanted to move contract and if we cancel we need to pay extra charges she also told us she will send an email with recording that we wanted to move services (we didn't) so far nothing back!!! Money also!!! SCAM company do not go with any services with them!!! I do get it now why they not provide feedback on them website!!!

I got a quote from this company to remove my commercial waste, the sales team were all over me until they got my agreement and direct debit set up, after that they ignored all my emails and wouldn't call me back, they promised me a bin in the next few days then that changed to nearly a month later. on the delivery day i rang them up to see what was happening and they decided to let me know it wasn't possible after waiting nearly a whole month. the only reason i chose this company was because they offered a quick turn around, absolute waste of my time and now i have to find another company.

This lot signed me up for a British Gas Electricity account based on monthly billing by DD as I had existing SMART meter. BG will not provide smart meter bills, claiming it is an industry problem and will not address any issues with meter. Asked this lot to cancel my contract and was told BG will not cancel lucrative contract and they are not prepared to cancel either. ***DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY*** Have requested under GDPR that they remove my Company details from their systems, with absolutely no confirmation!!

They misleading me to signed up a wrong waste collection contract. When I complain that the bin is unable to lock and requested to have replacement bin. They refused to do so. They just leave the problem to their customer and eventually overweight problems happened. They just keep on charging me for extra instead of promise me will change my waste collection contract to higher weight allowance. Awful customer service!! Now I want to terminate this contract early they told me I have to pay for compensation of contract termination. But when I signed up this contract they just told me I only need to give 60 days notice of cancellation of contract. That's means Smarter Business Waste is forcing customer to pay more and accept their awful customer services! Think twice if you really want to sign up a waste collection contract with them. I don't want you to be the next victim like me.

I talked to Tim from Smarter Business last year for my electricity contract renew. That was the top class service. Tim was very thoughtful and enthusiastic but never pushing! I felt very comfortable working with him. Now we are going to move business premise and there are lots of stress regarding moving, installation of new meters and setting up new contracts. The first person I thought about is Tim from Smarter Business. Just like last time, he is very very helpful and I cannot imagine how I can deal with all these without him. I will recommend Smarter Business to everyone!
