My experience was very disappointing Poor automation knowledge. I found that their engineers blame everything and everybody else who has worked at the house for anything not straight forward - before you post a reply saying that you have no record of my email address, just focus on training your staff rather than looking for customers to blame

I recently engaged Robinsons Integrated to carry out works to automate my home, install an integrated sound system and home cinema. I found them to be very knowledgeable and professional throughout. They advised me of the best system to meet my needs and felt they were sensibly priced. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would definitely recommend them.
Used this outfit recently, very disappointed with their poor knowledge of automation. Their engineers are at best electricians and should not be dealing with automation. Found their pricing high compared to other automation users in the Harrogate area. Useless, suggest you avoid.
