Bought some insoles for Plantar fasciitus. They arrived a size too big. I have emailed them and they keep fobbing me off with that they are American sizes. I know they are too big as I have the correct size at home. Despite sending pictures of both pairs they insist I have half a brain and tell me they are American. The last email was that return them at my own expense. They cost 3.99 to send to me initially and there was no offer of a stamped address jiffy bag or suchlike. I will never do business with them again.

This company sold me a cushion named: Pro11 Cooling Gel Memory Foam Seat Cushion. It was supposed to be covered with a blue cooling gel cover. The attached photo is what you saw when you turned it over: bad quality foam (not memory foam at all) and not blue gel cover (only the top of the cushion had the gel over). Not only that but it was torn. I only sat on it for a couple of hours and found it useless, so I removed the cover to investigate what a 'Pro' cushion entailed. 30 spent on rubbish. And they refused to return my money when I complained because it was my fault and not their that the product was not to standard. I was going to take them to court to get a refund, but decided that a public bad review will at least inform others of the kind of company they are dealing with. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give it 0 I would. I purchased an item (a shoulder strap) from Health & Care for 90.00. With one day of use, the item provided a rash on the under arm (I am not allergic to anything). It irritated the skin and caused great discomfort. After one day of full use, I kindly requested a return. I did not fall to reviews as I wanted it dealt with kindness and care. Instead Health & Care do not care about you or your money. They treat 90 like its pennies. Not only is my partner not working because of the pandemic but we have wasted 90. Manager doesn't seem to care and neither does the company. Do not spend your money here. I have worked in customer care and in the health sector for many years and I know this is not how you treat customers. Nonetheless, I hope this warning serves you all to spend your money elsewhere. disgusting service

ordered a sensor mat which came faulty. When contacting the company we were unable to return the item as an assessment had to be completed over the phone, after 30 minutes of over the phone instructions and tests we were re directed to the manufacturer and after and after 45 minutes of tests and instructions the manufacturer confirmed fault. We were then authorised to return. 3 weeks after no news of a replacement item or refund. After 4 weeks we contacted the company who told us there was no fault and that we have to pay postage. No news of the sensor mat as yet even after paying postage. One star is very generous
