Impressive service from initial enquiry to completion. The need for timely completion in order to meet a home sale deadline, as well as unhelpful wet weather, did not deter the team. Hard working engineers anxious to please backed up with timely project management made a daunting task a pleasure, even during Covid 19!

SIMPLY THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS. AFTER TRYING 4 DIFFERENT COMPANIES I WAS A THE VERGE OF GIVING UP AND ALONG CAME MICHELLE AND THE TEAM AT MPC AND TO SAY THAT THEY DELIVERED A PRODUCT AND SERVICE BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I HAVE TO OFFER MY CONGRATUALTIONS TO THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY WHO I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MEET AS THE STAFF ARE SO HAPPY AND WELCOMING IT IS REFLECTION OF GREAT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATION. I have no complaints about the service provided by this company, except for one thing: I placed an order online having put my address in and accepted the free delivery option. The transaction was accepted by MPC but, the following morning, I was contacted to say that there would be a further charge of 15 plus VAT, because we live in the Highlands of Scotland. This is discrimination, plain and simple: our house is easier to reach and closer to the company's Derbyshire HQ than places in Cornwall. Also, if it was obvious in the shopping cart process that there would be an extra charge, then I might have looked elsewhere for the product - you can only discover this extra by clicking on a small box at the bottom of the page. I personally think that MPC should refund us this charge, under the circumstances. At the very least they should update the website shopping pages.

Extremely pleased with the service. I telephoned with a query and had a helpful answer immediately. The product arrived next day with good tracking information and the price was fair. I will certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
