The cabin bed(s) I purchased have parts that are broken, making them both unsafe. I have contacted the customer service several times, and they come across as con-artists. I requested the spare parts to make these beds safe, to which I'm told there is 'supplier issues' and there is a 2 month wait. Read through the negative feedback on this company and you will see that it is a reoccurring issue. Truth be told, the beds are poor quality and I would return them both if it wasn't for the fact I have put them together already. The customer service are aware that this will put customers off from returning, hence the only solution they suggest is to de-construct them and re-box them (WHO KEEPS THE BOXES), send a picture of them boxed up and they will arrange a courier! They are not apologetic at the slightest. I promise you, you WILL have a negative experience! We was of the assumption that the high-ish price would reflect the quality... IT DOES NOT! BEWARE

Ordered two double beds last year and have been really impressed! Excellent customer service and the beds are gorgeous (teenage sons approve of my choices, which is quite something). Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic !!! Customer services were super friendly, ordered a new bunk bed for the kids, came next day! Looks fantastic up, kids love it! Storage features are really nice, encouraged my kids to tidy up after themselves - RESULT. Would deffo use again.
I had a few delivery issues, which could have been resolved a bit quicker with some common sense and communication, BUT the Ottoman bed is really lovely and makes up for the pain/ delay of actually getting it to my house. The fabric, headboard, storage space and colour are pretty special and my partner put it together in a couple of hours on his own. I'm really chuffed with how it looks, its really different and will go with a number of colour schemes. I bought the Aspire Sky Blue Weave Sinatra Ottoman and at the minute have it with tropical bedding & colours but it would go just as well with greys / blues and silvers.
