Brilliant play gym with great staff. Very clean and professional

Visited here today, Saturday 1st of April. Nice place had everything to keep kids occupied for a couple of hours. Also had sky sports on a big screen (no audio) which was a nice touch I felt, for the guys mainly haha! Little girl had fish fingers and chips which she enjoyed. Parking not great had to park round corner on main road however only 2 secs away. I did wonder if the sat nav had taken us to the wrong place when we first got there as you walk up a little side road that looks like it leads to a secluded area with nothing there really, so signing probably could have been better for it but no big deal really. Staff were very nice too.

Large space with a good seating area but because it’s got no windows it feels like a giant shed. Despite there being designated areas for younger children, children of all ages charge around the toddler area, throwing objects and knocking others over. A lot of parents either aren’t watching or simply don’t step in and there’s no staff supervision. This makes the area pretty unsafe and unpleasant for young children. Staff need to be available to ensure children are in the appropriate areas or they need to spell it out clearly to parents and children on arrival.
