I'm fairly new to the practice. The standard of care I have been given has been awesome. The doctors and nurses I have seen so far have been understanding, caring, and knowledgeable and put you at ease when you go in to see them. You may have to wait a bit before seeing somebody, but this is understandable, as some patients take longer than others. Reception staff I have always found to be very helpful and approachable. Any issues I've had, have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Notifications about other services and where to go, are on a big board right by the door as you come in, which is useful. Tech wise, they are right up there with a self check in, located on the left hand wall by reception. I have also received text messages straight to my mobile phone (which is handy) for general notifications or if the practice need me to contact them back for something. I would thoroughly recommend The Millig Practice to anyone. They're definitely getting it right in standards of care.

Great practice. Very helpful, knowledgeable and informative GPs. Nursing staff very efficient and caring. Most reception staff are very polite and helpful.
Not had an appointment on time in the last 5 years. Need to book a whole morning or afternoon off for a quick appointment.
