The service is brilliant. There is a good selection of food but not huge in variety. The triple biscuit and ice-cream desert was lush. The cheese and meat platter was very good too. We went on a Sunday at around seven it as full but the staff served us in a good time and were very very polite. The only thing that could have made it better was not having to use the loo where there were children's highchairs next to the toilet!

first time at riverhill this weekend & it didn’t disappoint. Staff were lovely & helpful, quick service & food tasted amazing. Cocktails were also brilliant! Have been recommending to family & friends since. Can’t wait to return.

Very nice food, atmosphere and place, but not quite 5 star! It was frustratingly just shy with most of our food! We had the halloumi fries, good but not quite crispy enough and the sauce with was a little odd (would have preferred something sweeter) 3.5 stars. The potato croquettes were absolutely delicious, 5 stars for those. Then I had the pork belly, very tasty but too much celeriac (including the base) and not (any) enough carbs, left me feeling a little hungry for more, but tasty nonetheless! 4 stars. Would be 5 with half the celeriac and maybe some rice IMO. My partner had the chicken shawarma, almost the opposite problem! Too much carbs and not enough sauce, so a little dry. 4 stars. We both came away regretting not having ordered the burger, which looked like it would've really hit the spot in retrospect! To be clear, the food was REALLY good, but for a restaurant with so much potential it did feel a little disappointing. I would definitely return!
