Helpful Holidays

Ruined holiday. We checked to our accommodation on Saturday and contacted a representative re the fact that the internet was not working. Heard nothing, called again on Sunday. Was told that someone would be arriving on Monday afternoon to repair it. Monday afternoon passed...no repair was done. Phoned again and was told that it was going to be fixed on Weds afternoon. Was called back this morning with someone saying the same thing. I explained that the lack of WiFi has ruined our holiday as my husband has had to spend the last few days in a fast food restaurant trying to work as he needs internet access. I was told someone would get back to me. Someone got back to me in the last hour to say the same thing. When I mentioned that I have found the way the problem was being dealt with was below par, the lady informed me that under terms and conditions WiFi can take up to three weeks to fix. She expressed no sympathy and seemed quite angry that I sounded distressed. The company calls itself "Helpful". I can't think of a lesser helpful experience than what I have had.
