Myself and 6 other competent people spent 5 days on a course at their ferndown office , we all passed and we were promised work but heard nothing back from them. I am in touch with all 6 I met on the course and none of them were contacted and their phone calls and emails ignored. Thankfully we have all gone on to work for reputable care companies. Find a reputable company, avoid helping hands.
