Down the Cove

Our 8 year old son has become keep to fish and had a taster day with tuition from his grandad who loves showing him. He since planned a weekend away night fishing and can not wait. So on Grandad's advice we ordered him the Jarvis Junior 6ft LED fishing rod and reel. Sadly on arrival the bail arm was bent, despite packing being intact. However, within ten minutes of emailing Down the Cove we had a call and was told that a replacement was in the post via FedEx. He is delighted as hopefully he can still go on his planned fishing trip with Grandad. Thank you for a great customer service, we will be back no doubt for more now he has the fishing bug! Well done.
