Helston collection office open for 2 hours each morning, closed all day Wednesday, so people who actually work, can't get pick up parcels till Saturday morning IF they don't work then. Absolute joke, with a little hand written sign in their window, explaining it's for public safety. Can you imagine if the police or nurses, firemen, factory workers, supermarkets etc only did 2 hours a day in the present climate?? Disgusting staff on the phone. Phone to ask where a parcel is that was suppose to be delivered by a certain time, to be told they don't know where it is. After watching the post ladie on my road. To then have the phone dropped on me.
