After reading about the Baccraft Miniatures doll store, we drove for 40 minutes to visit the shop, having taken note of their opening hours (10.00am to 5.30pm) When we arrived at Hemel, we rang them for directions, and were advised that they deal online only. Why then does their website give directions and opening hours? Very misleading. I certainly won't be purchasing anything from them in the future.
