Came to this branch for a test drive. I was very surprised how friendly we were met. One person came out to meet us outside once we arrived. He directed us to the salesman who was already waiting for us . His name was Chris. What an amazing person!!! Never ever met any salesman like him. Very professional , very friendly - feels like i met a good old friend. No pressure at all from him to make decisions quickly, explained everything very clearly......later we came for a test drive...... he offered a good route for a car test( bit of city, motorway, uphill) – that’s what we needed to get the feel of our new car. Once we came back to the store we were treated with some hot drinks. And at the main time Chris have prepared and explained again all the paper works to sign. Can't recommend highly enough Brayley Honda Hemel Hempstead!!!! We are more then happy with their service who helped to purchase our new car. Especially thanks to CHRIS – you made our day , MAN

Expensive option for car servicing. We nearly took them to court as they refused to refund the purchase of a new car because of faults when it was delivered. Despite this being within our rights they said we'd have to take them to court first. In the end they fixed 1 issue with a simple re-calibration at another branch (as opposed to ripping the door apart), a second issue of the dashboard alignment was not resolved. Their service reception guys are always courteous and polite. The review above was from 2013. The following is from Feb 2020. Despite a bad experience previously, I looked at a 2nd hand civic. Test drive with Angela was very well handled despite her being a 'trainee' sales person. Unfortunately, despite coming to an agreement on price and throwing in a Service (which was supposedly a ridiculous 350),the fairly minor issues with the bodywork could not be resolved with the dealer. After 2 failed attempts to fix them with by their non Honda approved mobile paint shop, I abandoned the sale as the preparation was not up to standard. I asked to speak to the owner (as he was onsite) but he was busy. I asked for a call back but it never happened. Oh and the spare part pricing they quoted was 4 times that they sell for on the USA. So between honda uk and Brayleys they are ripping us all off.
