Not sure what to make of this Surgery in the current climate.My mother, aged 92, has waited months and now weeks and weeks for contact from the surgery to get her booked in to Maxted Road for her vaccination. Absolutely no forthcoming information each time I called, having waited in the phone queue. Eventually a letter arrives, and a promise of a call from the Surgery, but that never came. We chased them again, appointment finally made ( over a week away in February). The incredible information that they had no phone number for my Mum , possible lost( REALLY? )topped off a very unsatisfactory experience. If you are trying to organise an appointment for your elderly loved one, it's worth checking the surgeryhave all the contact details. Yes, staff are under huge pressure, I appreciate this, but a little more honesty and information PLEASE! Let's hope the 2nd appointment goes more smoothly.

Absolutely nightmare with this people and services! I've moved to Hemel Hempstead from other area. It took them 1 year to appoint me a GP! Every time that I go there it is a problem. I called over the phone 2days ago to obtain a blood test form- first it happen that they don't have me on record, second- they gave me a form which was 7 months ago given?? Those people are either not enough qualified or have mentality problems! And please wear a PROPER FACE COVER IN THIS SURGERY not mask that cost 0.50. There are different type face mask worn for different reasons, those form 0.50 ant gonna save you from virus that kills you know that do you?
I have recently been assigned a new gp. I was very hesitant as I had a lot of faith in my previous one. Dr Lally was incredibly helpful and very patient.
Good for the quick flu jab. Well organised.
