Tina Frost is always available to help and deals with our order requests/ changes/ queries promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to individuals that require regular milk deliveries and catering consumables.

Avoid this company at all costs. The sales process was great - but afterwards, extortionate additional costs (hidden within the contract and definitely not explained at sales time), really poor support, and now we're at the end of the contract 425 per machine for collection. We have lost hundreds (in fact thousands) of pounds over the 3 year contract, with no chance to ever break even, due to the abundance of additional charges put upon us.

Used to be so good and helpful, but they staff on the phone are just rude nowadays to the point we have changed now changed our contractors. The engineers are really good but this is pointless if the backroom staff and customer service are no good. Its not the company it was 10 years ago.
