Can I remind all parents complaining about their little kids getting run over by teenage skateboarders that their is very little for teenagers, yet plenty of kids play parks for little ones. This is supposed to be space for the older group of children to learn a sport, some that take it seriously and is the only place to learn!!! Please keep your toddlers off them if you want them to keep safe..........

Great park, but frequented by some unsavoury characters at times...

It was brilliant, but too crowded.

The skate board park - its nice for younger kids when the big 'kids' aren't there. They can be quite rude and not care for smaller children's safety. One big 'boy' probably aged 18/19, I won't call him a man, almost ran over my 3 year olds fingers with his skate board. We did agree that we'd stay on the smaller ramps while they had the bigger ramps for a short time as we were about to leave. But still one 'boy' sped up close to my son. So I stay clear of these big kids. We go early in the morning if we want to go on the skate board ramps.

My 6 year old loves riding his bike up and down the ramps. And the teens that attend regularly are very respectful to the little kids that are on the ramps.
