I would not even give Triumph/ Palmers in Hemel Hempstead even 1 star to be honest. We had to visit them today regarding an issue that risen when we tried to sale my husbands bike today at Lloyd Cooper (Watford) where they found the last 4 digits of the VIN number were filed off, we had no idea. They looked at the database and discovered the bike isn't on record as stolen but are not happy to buy and now understand no one will buy not even Triumph/Palmers after the conversation i had with the manager today. I have to praise Lloyd Cooper for helping us and be very honest and we knew we had a fight on our hands with Triumph. This bike was purchased in good faith from Triumph/Palmers, the history of the bike as we know from Triumph they brought the bike new and used it as a run around for their parts to be delivered etc... I am shocked and disgusted by the attitude of the manager in Triumph/Palmers who argued with myself and who accused us of filing the numbers off ourselves at one point either via wear and tear or said one of our friends even done it as a joke. The filled numbers and now very smooth and definitely not recent. We are now taking legal act by reporting this to police as a fraudulent transactions by them. When I requested the formal address and business number of the company he refused to print it off as his printer was "broken" and told me to just look at the website as he refused to hand write it. What fantastic customer service, right? My hubsand used them everytime for his mot amd service but now we will never go there again after this dishonest act. We were told three years don't do business with Triumph/Palmers but unfortunately we brought the bike already. So please think carefully of buying from them we don't want people in our position and can't resale your bike to anyone!

Broke down, got it going and to Palmers. It's not safe to drive particularly if I have my 6 month old son with me. Would not let me leave it there due to lack of parking. Having to leave it on the street outside Palmers for 2 weeks before the can look at it!!.

What Can i say! They are great from sale to service to parts!! my bike broke down whilst travling to work so i called triumph and advised them of my unexcpected arrival to them once i get recovered there. When i arrived with the bike in the back of a van they came out like a strike force to help me get the bike out. :) They got one of there techinicans to get it straight into the workshop. I waited around for 20min whilst drinking a nice cup of coffee, Once it was apparent it couldnt be fixed that day they asked me for my driving licance and put me on a brand new triumph gt1050 which i did not expect and they did not need to do. I was shocked buy the amount of effort put in by all to cature to My needs!! They Excelled themselves and are a great asset to palmers and triumph. I am turely greatfull for there support. GREAT TEAM!!!!!! Regards Jason Smith
