The RB Project: Modern antenatal education, with hypnobirthing at the core

We had the best birthing experience with everything we learnt from Rachel. We decided after having a really traumatic delivery with our first baby, that we wanted to try Hypno birthing. We formed such a trusting relationship with Rachel, both myself and my husband loved our sessions. We fully embraced and engaged everything she gave us. We felt both mentally and physically prepared for birth. We had to have an elective section which we were apprehensive about, we weren’t sure how this course would benefit. This is the beauty of Hypno birthing, it works for any labour and delivery. We were committed and we were not disappointed as we prepared ourselves, used every tool that was taught and it really worked wonders. My anaesthetist and theatre staff were in awe of how prepared we were. We can’t thank Rachel enough for what she did for us. Her calming, understanding, genuine manner made us feel so at ease and since doing this course, we’ve put some of the tools to use in other life situations, which has really helped.
