Excellent volunteer crew members and volunteers workers in Shop.

An awesome charity run entirely by volunteers. Some really dedicated people making a difference to the safety of local people and holidaymakers. There's a lovely little shop selling beach items and souvenirs, where all the money goes towards funding the lifeboat, also run by volunteers. 5*

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. After being given a torn 5 note, my sister and my dad took it back. Me and my mum followed shortly after. As we got there, we heard a heated conversation between the male sat outside of the shop and my dad. My mum made a comment to my dad about the other shop, nothing about the small shop he was sat outside. He slammed his hand on the table as hard as he possibly could, causing a scene and everyone to stop and watch. He then proceeded, to my family's shock, to march up to my DISABLED mother and push her in the chest and come centimetres away from her face and scream at her. Having been a visitor and highly supportive of the lifeboat center in Hemsby, they shall no longer be receiving our kind donations or our money as we are not going in the shop again or travelling over 100 miles to the lifeboat festival once a year. And now I have found out that the male In consideration WAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LIFEBOAT RESCUE CENTER. Why did none of your staff stop him from physically and verbally assaulting my mother.

The guys do their jobs proud. However , when they get on the microphone they can hurt little ears. turn the mic down if you have to shout.
