My car was serviced very well indeed but considering that we are in the middle of a national pandemic, the steering wheel cover and gear-stick / handbrake protective covers were left in the footwell of my car. I therefore had to take these back to them and request they re-sanitised my car.

The booking office made a mistake by booking me in for an intermediate service, despite me telling them that it was a 40K service. This was however quickly rectified by the receptionist and the major service for the car was quickly and efficiently fitted into the works schedule. Will definitely use Salisbury Hendy Toyota again.

Prompt and efficient when they think that they have a sale, but very poor customer service during price negotiation. Bournemouth branch didn't get back to me at all, having said they would do so. I was told that they would "speak with management" and get back to me in order to "keep my business".... Two weeks later and have still heard nothing.
