Clearly this Toyota Dealership do not contact their customers for their annual service. Second year in a row now since brand new. Told they had no information linked to the ownership of this vehicle. Never heard such rubbish. How is that when the car was bought from your dealership! Second year in a row. Really poor sorry!

Purchased a used low mileage blue Toyota IQ Spring 2020. Drove 2 cars prior to making choice (both IQ's). Car was well priced and very well looked after. Owned the car for a few months now and is amazing - legendary Toyota reliability and the IQ itself a revelation. 0 road tax with 4 seats, frugal and drives surprisingly well on motorways while perfect around town. Service at Hendy Toyota was great - couldn't fault it. Unhurried, good knowledge with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. The dealership is also a great place to have a look at all the new cars - tempting! After service has been great via email - have made owning this car a breeze. Would not hesitate to recommend. Would return in the future although I'm hoping our little car will be with me for a while!

Having just put a mediocre review on Hendy Christchurch I thought it was only fair to put a good review up for the Bournemouth branch as the service was excellent and my car was returned in a lovely clean condition when I used them in March 2020.

We have just collected our brand new Yaris Hybrid. We were looked after really well by Amine who was very helpful and gracious from the start, taking us for a test drive with no prior appointment and talking us through the finance and other elements of the deal. The car arrived earlier than expected and we loved the personal touches on delivery.

Just had a very enjoyable test drive with Matt at Hendy Toyota Poole. Myself and my wife took it in turns to put the new Supra through its paces. A very responsive drive allied with beautiful, curvaceous lines. As a lover of all quick things petrol-powered I must say this car is very impressive.
