Dan provided advice on renovations for a property in Wales. I have seen his previous work first hand and he was my first choice over anyone local to the property. He was able to efficiently and effectively communicate his visions and expertise remotely over the phone and through video calls. Dan did our plans for our extension, he really listened to what we wanted and took it all on board he did a great job! He sourced the builder for us, and worked along side him to get it all sorted for us! The end result is amazing and couldn’t thank him enough! He made the whole process run so smoothly

We have worked with Dan at Heneghan Architecture on a number of projects at our home. Conducting work that required an architect was going into the unknown for us but Dan was informative, patient, incredibly professional and brilliant to work with. His ideas and vision transformed our house into a home and has been great help along the way. Due to the success of our relationship, I got Dan involved in a project at our children’s school. Dan was successful in gaining planning for a log cabin/nurture room on the school site. I have since referred Dan to friends and colleagues and his exceptional work has continued at their properties.

Dan recently drew up plans for a side extension to my family home. He pitched some fantastic ideas my wife and I never thought of, and his plans really painted a picture of the finished product. He wasn't the cheapest, but I'd rather pay his very slight premium for the quality he provided
Highly recommended. Dan drew up plans to modernise a barn conversion in Holmfirth, including oak frame extensions. He was very insightful and contributed a lot of ideas that significantly improved the build. Dan also put me in contact with consultants to help on the planning and building side, once he had completed his work. Keep up the great work!
