Dear Andy, Jeannine and I are writing to say a big thank you for work you recently carried out at our new home. Not knowing when our new cooker & washing machine were going to be delivered, you were able to fit us in quickly. In addition, you installed an outside tap for us. We were text with a confirmation date and time and kept inform. You arrived at the given time and even put up with Winston continuing barking. The work was carried out in a friendly professional manner, unfortunately it was not a straightforward installation and come across some issues. You explain clearly the issues and how you were going to resolve it, never showing frustration.
