Horrible experience. It took 40 mins to get through to someone after trying for 5 consecutive days over 30 mins. Then a manager named Christopher Phillips was trying to cut short the call and kept saying he is been helpful. Oh dear! . No insight. Very inefficient, intimidating guy. Should not be in that position. Please investigate. Thanks

Very slow and long wait for calls the service team are nice but it is die to the duration and automated service is frustrating. They need more staff ! as well as been waiting for a tax refund for over 2 months now...

Cannot make my tax since 04 to 12 this year, but they are happy stealing from me with tax with no cause because they are the goverment, I have the p45 they still insist on a phisical mail to sort theyre office idiots, can someone fire them all please.
