Luke was as helpful as he could be. Looking on the internet for something for my bike. 10mins at least. No luck.

Ordered a replacement drop hanger on a bike that I purchased from Climb On Bikes three months ago. After waiting over a fortnight I chased it up and was told to be patient and wait another week. I took the advice and called back a week later to discover that the order was never placed with Giant in error and was told that they can and do order from another source which offers a next day delivery?!? I paid for the item and it's postage at that point and received the replacement part a few days later, however to my dismay the part does not fit my bike. I called them again this morning to make them aware of this issue to be unapologetically told that I now have to pay again for a replacement (the correct part) and to send them the incorrect one back and once received await a phone call to get a refund. No what you would call a great service! Good service on the initial sale of the new bike but definitely lots of room for improvement on after sales. Not great customer service

Matt was great when I enquired about a bike I was interested in. He quickly got the bike prepared for me the same day and was very helpfull with any questions I had. Sadly I had a few issues with the bike and this is where a good business shows, Matt and John were fantastic in dealing with the issues and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Any business can pretend to be good when selling you goods but when issues arise that's when you find out if your custom really does matter. I will certainly be using Climb on bikes again even though its a 2 hour round trip and would highly recommend them to others. There customer service is top notch .
