If we could give zero stars we would. The service was incredibly slow (eating mains at 9pm for a 7.15pm start) they forgot a drink on 2 occasions having to wait 30 mins. One (very overpriced) main came out cold, was replaced but we had already finished the other mains. When challenging the service on the bill we were rudely confronted by the general manager and the owner displayed the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever seen, shouting in our faces, not listening to us and swearing at us as we left. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, there are much better Italians in Hereford, this is not worth it.
This restaurant is wonderful. The food is so fresh, every mouthful is full of flavour. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is really welcoming. Highly recommended.
I went to cotto for my birthday meal on Saturday just gone with two friends and the service was Horrific!! Had to keep asking for our drinks! Our starter came before our drinks. Then we waited over a hour for our food and when I asked about it, the waitress went and got it so clearly was just waiting there. Then the garlic bread was all burnt underneath so had to send it back because all I could taste was Charcoal!! My friend lasagna was burnt and I had to leave my pizza because it was awful and not cooked in the middle. Overall a complete disappointment! And we got offered a free shot but why would I want a shot when I’ve come out to enjoy a meal. The one waitress was very Apologetic and gave us a free drink,however the other avoided us like the plague because she knew we was not enjoying our food. This place is the worst I have ever been too and the good reviews on here I’m telling you are made up and people who work there has clearly told people to put them up because no way in hell is this place a 5 star. Management should look at their establishment and make changes.
Incredible flavour and service. Will be back again soon. Wine was delicious. Cocktails will be next xxx
