Wouldn’t even give 1 star, the owner was rude, argumentative and uncaring on the phone. We are in tier 3 and it’s illegal for us to travel meaning we aren’t in hope it stops the spread. However when explains this to the owner on the phone not only did he talk over me constantly and didn’t let me speak or explain, he was rude and argued with everything I did manage to say. We aren’t cancelling due to self isolating or because we have corona virus it’s because it’s illegal to travel outside of tiers! We’ve had a terrible year as it is with no only myself being made redundant before my mat leave with no pay but also my partner loosing his job so Christmas is already a hard one with out rude, obnoxious, insensitive people like the owner.... will never ever book again.

Me and my daughter came at Christmas time to watch The Grinch and wow, we were blown away! So we have become regulars now and been to all of the shows that followed. It’s so lovely to finally have something for kids and parents in Hereford that is so professionally put together with extremely talented performers and staff! Well done Enchanted Kingdom, we cant wait for the greatest kingdom next!!!

Our party was absolutely amazing! My 3 year old daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. Great organisation, communication and a super team. Just magical!

Took my son who loves the Grinch to this today ...had a fantastic time ...the staff friendly and the show was great ... Santa and Mrs Claus were lovely too .. my son enjoyed it and was really happy what his gift was ;) well worth the money .. thank you for a lovely time
