Not perfect, but after a small delay my item arrived as promised and at a great price. I scared myself by reading the reviews here and I'd like to try and balance it out a little. Explore outdoors were quick to answer emails. I'd suggest registering for an account rather than checking out as a guest as its easier to track your purchase if there are any problems. The cheap prices justify the longer wait.
The website shows lots of negative comments which did slightly alarm me but my experience this week has been first class. I sent an email asking if the jacket i had ordered was in stock, the following day i had a reply explain they were waiting a delivery . I ordered my jacket on Tuesday of this week and received it Friday of the same week by DPD who also gave a first class service. Thanks to all
Great service at a great price. I changed my mind for the size I ordered, emailed Explore Outdoors, got a quick reply saying no problem to change my order. Order arrived to day in the correct size. Great service wish all retailers were as good. 5 stars and recommended!
Looked at trust pilot etc and was very worried. Ordered jacket on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. No delivery charge. Paid 104 for coat next cheapest price was 140 and even 190. And no I don't work for them.Brilliant !
