Having suffered 4 years of awfull aftersales service from a nearby Welsh dealer I came to this place. What a breath of fresh air from the spares department, so helpful I felt embarrassed. I only wish they had been a dealership for Ssangyong when I purchased my last car.

My first dealings with this company and I have to say what an amazing experience it was. I have been trying to purchase Ssangyong parts for quite a while and found out that this dealership has recently opened. Laura had to deal with the enquiry. Laura deals with the Mitsubishi part of the business and didn't have a great deal of knowledge of the Ssangyong system but bent over backwards to get the parts I required. Within 2 days the parts were ready to collect. Considering I had been trying for over a week to source with other dealers. 10/10 for customer service. Most definately my one stop shop for Ssangyong. Highly recommend. Thankyou all.
