Brilliant place....staff helpful and prices good

Very poor indeed. My friend ordered a barbie online. She did this to prevent her daughter being disappointed on her birthday. Went to collect and where to "we are sorry but it's out of stock" (despite it showing as available online). No valid explanation of this was given. Asked to speak to a manager (a miss/Mrs Cummings) extremely rude. Just offered us a refund and tried to usher us out the shop. She showed so little empathy and was so unapologetic my friend at this stage expressed her annoyance at the situation. No good will gesture was shown. Honestly a person who is not at all suitable or qualified to work in this sector. She should honestly be ashamed of her actions. When we asked for an explanation she just said "well you have been rude to us" this is not the case expressing frustration and dissatisfaction about a poor service is not "rude". My advise to anyone considering using this shop is to order off amazon. A lot cheaper, all you need do is order a few days earlier. With service like this it does not surprise me the high street is "dying".

Ordered daughters present online (very simple and easy process) and was told it was in stock. Arrived 2 hours later to be told it had been released back out and was no longer available. Then received an incredibly rude and hostile response off the manager when I protested. Certainly won't be recommending or using again, which is a shame as they are very reasonably priced and other locations have always been very helpful and polite. Staff members have always been good with my children previously. Perhaps some staff restructuring is in order? Regarding Aisha Cummings (manager)
