Every time I’ve seen Shelley she has been amazing. She’s down to earth and so open and honest. She’s so supportive and talks you through every treatment thoroughly. I love how realistic she is about the results you should achieve and she gives great after care and follow up. You know she genuinely cares about you and your results. I would recommend to anyone. I moved from using a clinic in Cardiff to Shelley's clinic over 18 months ago. I had been using my old clinic for several years and was apprehensive to move. Shelley came with a wonderful recommendation from a good friend and as soon as I spoke to her and in turn met for a consultation it was no question that this was the right move. I really enjoy my visits to Shelley, she is so friendly and puts you at ease. This is not to be mistaken for any less knowledge, support and aftercare provided. I would be confident to try Shelley for any treatment. She makes sure you are informed of the pro's, con's, process, treatment and aftercare. We have such a giggle when I visit and yet she remains a true professional. I would recommend to anybody, she is awesome!
I always enjoy my trips to see Shelly. It feels like meeting an old friend. The new premises are lovely and there is always a warm welcome. Shelly never tries to sell you anything you don't want and she always puts the client at the centre of her practice. If I wanted ordinary I'd could go to anyone, I'm happy to drive across the county for Shelly's service.
I travel from Kent to Hereford to see Shelley. That should say it all but just in case you need more, I do that because I have never been to a clinic that is so ethical, caring and produces outstanding results. I feel lucky to have found SFA.
I had a wonderful clarity facial. It completely changed my skin and helped stopped my spotty out breaks. Plus Shelley is wonderful
