Nice historical place direct at the walking and bicycle trail

Good place for walk/cycle exercise etc., Stony beach with lots of space. Parking is 1.30 phr or 1.50 through Ringo.
My 9yo lapped up the history of this place. The southern half of the fort wall is the only thing left standing but the information boards do an excellent job of giving you a sense of what once stood here. So why only three stars? Well, as the old saying goes, you get nothing for free, and as there’s no charge to explore the site that’s pretty much what you get – nothing. It’s interesting enough but will occupy only for a short while.
