I love Hertford Cake Co. The shop is cute and aesthetic, the owners are amazingly friendly and helpful when helping you select your cakes, and the cakes/bakes in question are amazing! Taste better and amazing value for money compared to anything I’ve had from bakeries in London. I love supporting this small business

We phoned to order a bespoke cake for my son's birthday on the 30th Jan 2021 and were asked to fill in and submit the online form, which we did. After waiting a week, as we were getting no reply, we phoned again several times and left a voicemail. Again they didn't respond. Quite disappointed, and clearly not inkeeping with their promise to reply in 48 hours. Do not waste your time and shop elsewhere or bake your own.
