I have worked at Bentley House for 3 years and thoroughly enjoy my role here. The staff here are like an extended family for the residents and it makes me smile when I see our residents happy. Bentley House offer rewards and recognition to their staff members on a monthly basis and is recognised by not only other staff members but also the residents which keeps staff moral up. I’m proud to be part of such a wonderful community!

I have been in the care industry for many years now but joined the team at Bentley House in May of this year. I have to say, from the first moment of entering the home, I have never regretted a second. Not only is the home an absolutely stunning beautiful home to work in but the staff are the most caring I have seen in this industry. I would not think twice about placing my loved ones here as the residents are all very happy and content and that makes me very proud to be a part of.

I found the staff really attentive and helpful at Signature Bentley House. I was exploring the possibility to place my mother into a Signature home. The quality of the home facilities and also the level of care is outstanding and I am strongly considering moving my mother into Signature at Bentley House in the next few months.

This is a beautiful care home which seems more like a high end hotel in terms of its furnishings and amazing food. The staff are excellent and will really go out of their way to make it a home from home and help residents to feel safe and supported.

5 STAR accommodation, 5 star on there 'customer service' I recently visited with my mother in law and although it ticked all the boxes for us, my mother in law chose elsewhere. HOWEVER, over all it has been the most pleasant atmosphere to be in, the staff are the most friendly, helpful and caring people I have ever come across. Even though she will not be staying there, they have taken the time since to advise me and generally listen to the problems we have and are facing, and they know my mother wont be staying there. To me, you simply can not get any better than that where you know there are people who genuinely care about their residents, and their families. If you want quality the Bentley I Hertford is 100% the place to take your loved ones. AND although some may quibble about the costs, if you want your loved one to be safe and well cared for then don't take my word for PLEASE go visit and talk to them yourself. The home and the staff are amazing.
