We had a Mitsubishi Electric split system installed on the ground floor of our property by this company, and the service was faultless throughout. Our account manager, Ken, was friendly and responsive from initial quote to completed project. The units were delivered promptly by courier the day before install. On installation day, the team arrived on time with all the necessary tools and equipment. The install itself was quick and conducted with professionalism - it's clear these guys are hugely experienced from performing complex installs day in day out. The worksite was kept and left very tidy, and the quality of workmanship was top tier. The units, conduits and service hatch look like they were \standard fit\ in the property, with nothing for us to clear up after the team left. The electrical work by their recommended supplier, who came the next day, was equal in efficiency and quality to the AC install. The AC units are incredibly quiet and cool/heat the room effortlessly on auto.
