Just had the Major service done by Porsche Centre Hull on my 911. Have to say it was a positive experience from the initial greeting by the reception team through to the work by Richard and his Workshop team. Good communications too, keeping me well informed of the progress. The price exactly matched the quote which is exactly how it should be. Hi my Friend who works in the midlands recommended taking my 2017 Porsche Cayman S to Porsche Hull, I was quoted an exceptional service cost and decided to try them out. I drive from Leicester, on arrival at the Centre, the staff were amazingly customer focussed I was made to feel. “special” from the moment I entered the showroom I was met by polite cheerful staff at reception and offered refreshments straight away. Thanks to all the staff I would recommend Porsche Hull and there after sales services to everyone. Also thanks from my Puppy for the wonderful Porsche puppy bowl set gift I was given when we Dane back to pick up my Porsche.

As a long term fan and customer of multiple Porsche cars over the years I was excited to hear that a main dealer was returning to Hull. It was always a frustration having a Porsche and having to travel 50miles for sales and service/warranty works. I can honestly say that the service I have received to date from Hull has far exceeded my expectations. I have used multiple Porsche dealers in the past, so I do feel this is an informed review and I can confidently recommend the Hull branch to anyone locally or travelling from further afield. The staff are amicable, welcoming and professional. Although this is a young dealership, I do feel that it is a bonus as the enthusiasm is more substantial compared to other well-established dealers an hours drive away who can sometimes take the business for granted. A BIG 5-star review from me! Well done to all!

I live about 45 mins away and you are my nearest dealer so had a drive over today to look at a second hand macan and to see about servicing my 911 turbo. It was raining so had a quick look around the stock outside and but when I went to go in I was met with a sign we couldn’t enter the building without prior appointment. I wish you had put this on your web page so I hadn’t waisted my time.
