Chainsaw was working intermittently, machine repaired,serviced and sharpened. Has never worked better! Advice about other makes/machines second to none.Will not take it any where else. This business deserves to succeed post pandemic. Lovely, knowledgeable people.

I was after a ride on mower and a few other bits and pieces. After going to other shops and coming away disappointed at the advice I came to Hexham Machinery Centre. Amazing service... Stephen guided me through everything I needed to know in looking for a ride on and spent a long time making sure it was going to be right for me. After a couple of weeks of chatting to Stephen I made the decision and came away with a nice new Cub Cadet XT2. The day I made the decision the mower was delivered the same day and full instruction was given. I have also purchased a lot of Battery powered Ego Tools now from Hexham Machinery Centre and I get the same great experience whatever I am looking for. The communications were amazing from the start with emails responded to and orders placed as soon as I decided on various tools. So many companies these days don't take the time to respond to emails/facebook messages etc. so this was quite refreshing..... I will be back for more equipment and all my servicing....
Went to get my lawnmower serviced as i found them on google with good reviews, went to the shop to find the place all closed up. Tried calling the phone number but no one answered. Guy next door told me they had gone into liquidation.
I would just like to say that I am very disappointed in this company as I have been there 4 times now since the new year to get my little mower sorted as it makes noises when I turn it on and their shop is all closed up, taxi cars parked in front with no were to park. No one picked up my phone calls. I have now been informed by my son in law they are no longer in business. If that is the case, signs should be on display to make customers aware you are closed to avoid further disappointment.
Really good service, genuine guys who don’t charge the earth. Will definitely use again. .
I went to visit Hexham Machinery Centre to buy a new lawnmower for my 40th Birthday, a present from my wife, well if you can call it a present. Anyway went to the premises and found the place to be closed up, no sign of any business. I asked a neighbouring business where they were and I was told they had gone bust. Beware as these people are no longer in business and certainly not trading as advertised on their website. I do not recommend to anyone!
All you could want for the garden, prices are about average, great knowledge and do a fantastic cup of tea or coffee.
