I got a bathroom from Jon and I was moved by how passionate a business owner he was. Some people are quick to say they understand customer service but when compared to true business owners like Jon who genuinely loves his customers they are total amateurs. He couldn't do enough for me and recommend everything I needed and even seemed to know the measurements I needed. They say there is no substitute for experience and Jon totally proves this and is like a walking talking bathroom guru. Nice to see there are still businesses out there in the corporate shark tank we live in as consumers these days that offer a personal service where they actually want you to go home with something that is suitable for you rather than just trying to rip money out of your pocket as quickly as possible.
