Arrived here after trying 2 different branches of Timpsons as I needed keys cut for my front composite door. They both told me that I needed a 12 digit code which I simpy did not have. Rang the company that fitted the front door and they were equally useless and said the same thing about needing the numerical code. Popped into here on the off chance and within half an hour the man had cut me 3 keys without needing any code and guess what? When I got home I tried all 3 keys and they all worked perfectly. My verdict: brilliant!!

Rip off totally, just to change a 2 battery in car key this shop charged 12 on the contrary when I checked other shops at high street it was just5 or less
What can I say this gentleman has all ways helped me when i have taken keys shoes wallets bags in he all ways give me the felling like he would do anything to help his customers out i think people need to wake up this is a small run business unlike timpson who I will never use as messed keys up and shoes before. Top class if I could give a 10 star I would see u soon need some keys cutting when I remmber where they are.
Quoted me 10 to cut a car key but didn’t have the blank so I brought my own blank and went back only to be charged 25 for the privilege of using the machine, won’t be returning there in a hurry!
Removed 2 links from my watch strap and replaced battery. Watch has become even looser than it was originally. I haven’t even had the battery 2 weeks and it’s already died. Don’t answer the phone number listed on their Facebook page, Pretty poor all in all
Overpriced and poor job. Engraving scratched between numbers and they put two phone numbers over four lines. Any decent online engraver will fit a phone number on one line for an absolute fraction of the price.

Always go here for keys to be cut. Staff are very helpful. Plus I love the way they set people straight who lie on these reviews about negative service, because they're not expensive, they're not rude, and they are helpful
