Best Sunbeds have supplied me with Sunbeds ,servicing and all maintenance work since I opened my store in 2014. Pawel and his team have always provided me with a 5* service: I have recommended them to many and will continue to do so. Any issues with beds are always rectified in a instance . They also send video instructions on many issues to try help even sooner. I met many company’s in the early stages of setting up. But I felt most comfortable with pawel at best sunbeds. After just getting of the phone to him last night. and problem on my lay down bed. He had his maintenance team out today and resolved the small problem instantly. Anyone with there own empty shop or your in refurbishment stage wants to come and view a working operating business: Can see 2 options of Beds both provided by best sunbeds. Had an excellent experience from start to finish with all at Best Sunbeds Ltd. Dee was so helpful and informative when we needed advice on which beds were most suitable for our salon. There was no hard sell or pressure to take the ‘most expensive’ equipment. We spoke to a few companies and Best Sunbeds got our vote!! We ordered 4 beds in all. We had a complete nightmare with our 3phase upgrade, but Dee was always on hand to offer advice and reassurance. We were never charged extra for the ever changing installation dates and when the guys came to install the beds, they were very professional and courteous. When one of the beds had a problem with the LEDs, they sent an engineer next day at no extra cost to resolve the issue. Perfect. We have ordered creams and accessories since, all with no problems whatsoever. We would definitely recommend Dee and the whole team at Best Sunbeds to anyone considering opening a salon or upgrading their equipment. Thank you from all at Camden Tan :)
