Great service even in these unpresidented times. Was contacted by James - working from home - who booked the car in for an MOT & Service & to look at a few niggles. Confirmation received immediately by email. Had a reminder the day before. Arrived at the garage at set time - Ben waiting & ran through details. As out of Service Plan, Ben mentioned a new 2 yr plan. Covered this Service & MOT & next year's big service - could pay mthly at no extra charge! Asked him to email the details - he did. Had text & email showing car report & what needed approval - tick. Ben rang to say car ready before expected & took details to get paperwk ready for new plan. Back at the garage Ben went through the service in detail, signed plan & paid for small additional work. All done in no time at all & no fuss. Thanks.

Spent 3 hours with Ryan today looking for a new car. He worked tirelessly to get us the best deal he could. He even took us out to his own car to have a look at the spec we were getting. Sent an email to their (not at all) interactive sales team over a week ago. They were apparently all busy at the time; not sure what with as they don't apparently like selling anything. I was interested in purchasing a Golf R. No response at all. If they can't even be bothered to sell cars imagine what the after-sales is like. Will go elsewhere...
