Unfortunately I didn't find the best staff today. I only needed to pay for a small product and the lady at the checkout made me wait because she was on the phone; it didn't sound like a job call as, telling from the laughs she had, apparently she was enjoying the conversation. I then came back later on to return the product I just bought (not because it was bad quality but I needed the money back as I realised that I would've needed it later in the day) and one of my friends looked in the shop before going in and apparently the lady was on the phone again so we waited a bit more outside the shop. We then walked in and asked if we could return the product and she said that she wasn't able to do it and that we had to wait until Thursday. I don't know what happened today but I'm not sure I'm going to go back to this shop anymore. Plus, it is my birthday today and she put me in a really bad mood.
