I wanted to write a short note on my great positive experience with the team at High Wycombe, in particular Mark and Jack whilst looking for some doors for my new house. On my recent visit I had great help and service from both Mark and Jack who are both very experienced and professional. They have a deep customer focus and satisfaction and always go out of their way to make me (the customer) happy and fulfilled. They are ALL always happy, smiling and willing to help. I was very well looked after and given a very reasonable price for my doors. Mark went out of his way to take my numerous calls, me changing the order, Mark giving further helpful advice and I really enjoyed the buying process with Mark who I think is the branch manager. Great service! I will always recommend Todd’s Doors to family, friends and business associates especially the High Wycombe branch! They really did make my life so easy when it came to choosing the right door. Well done guys and thank you for looking after me! Gary Mander

I have been looking everywhere for good quality, contemporary style and good price. As soon as I found Todd Doors I was super happy. Great choice of styles, very good price and quick delivery. I have fitted my doors few months ago and they are just superb looking. The joiner who did the job said they are very well made with top class quality. Strongly recommend!!

Dont buy anything from them I dont know why people use todd doors the staff are not helpfull ,not friendly at all. We bought 4 doors and choose Egdes for 4 doors . Even he was showing us which skirting board people buy So we told him which one we like and we also said we need skirting board for 4 doors !! .Paid for everything didnt check the invoice . Doors arrived without skirting boards . We called them up Because carpenter needed to finish the job today And He was arguing with us on the phone. Never said sorry He was saying carpenter cant finish 4 doors in 1 day anyway and 4 skirting board wont be enough for 4 door. We didnt say we want 4 skirting board We said We need skirting board for 4 doors İts your job to know how many would we need .
