Where to start... I have been absolutely appalled by the customer service at this garage and the prices of the vehicles are disgusting for what they are. My mother and I were looking to purchase a KIA Sportage 2017 plate for nearly 14,000 - the millage was high, the body work was in poor condition and the interior was less than well looked after. When trying to negotiate the price they offered a laughable amount of the car... it was no where near worth the asking price and with a bit of research we found many others which were cheaper and in better condition. We were told in order to get the best price we should put down a deposit (500) we did this as we were in desperate need for a car. We were told it would be ready within a few days to collect, so on the back of this we sold my Mums car to a trader who was going to fix it before selling it on, knowing we would have a car within the next couple of days. We were then told the following day that the car needed work doing which wouldn't be completed for 2 weeks, obviously less than ideal as we were desperate for a car at this point. We were told there was nothing that they could offer us to compensate for 2 weeks such as a replacement car or discount. I requested a refund that day of the deposit and was told it would take two weeks to process, it is now three weeks later and I still haven't received the refund. I was told by the accounts department that the garage hadn't even sent the paperwork. I spoke to someone at the High Wycombe and the man I spoke to on the other end was quite rude, they had even sent the paper work in the wrong name - I was then made to feel like this was my fault. Considering that they still have my 500 - it is not a small amount of money to be missing, especially for me. No one seems to know what they are doing at this garage, they are slow, rude and unorganized. I would never ever do business with them again !

Pretty poor service bought a brand new sorento at 40k a fault code has come up they don't want to know at all. The car is less than a month old.

I appreciate that we're in a lockdown at the moment and maybe tensions are a little high... But I went to enquire about buying a car at Kia High Wycombe (whilst wearing a face covering) and have honestly never had worse customer service. The guy behind the counter kept pointing to a sign with their Covid information on and complaining about how often he has to explain it to customers... It must get annoying, but that's really not my fault or problem. He then continued to argue with me about how I shouldn't be in the 'open' shop (even though they have large signs up outside saying that they're open). Maybe I should have familiarised myself with their protocols before going into the shop, but either way there's better ways of speaking to customers. I let the him know that I won't be returning when business returns to normal.
