I really appreciated not getting the \hard sell\ at any time from Tony or anyone else on the team. My questions were answered honestly, there were no hidden costs, and Tony himself delivered the car in an enclosed trailer on the agreed date. Excellent customer service (Joe was particularly helpful). A very satisfactory experience.

Bought a really nice VW van back in April and have to say I'm very pleased with the deal I got. It's not perfect but then I'm not naive, i'm buying a second hand vehicle (naming no other reviews in particular) - yet for a second hand car it's been in tip-top condition so far. It was presented well, tidy inside and out and has been great to drive ever since. Sales guys were very helpful and to be honest the vehicle sold itself, no sales pressure needed! Will be happy to deal with Coopers again.

No hard sale, friendly efficient and more than helpful. Toni and his staff have a very professional establishment and attitude to their business. Nothing is to much and they go above and beyond with advice and service. James has been a star and I really could not ask for more. My BMW is a pleasure to drive and I feel very lucky to have found such a garage with great facilities and service on my door step. All my questions and concerns dealt with professionally.
