Back in October while moving our Lunar Clubman into storage we lost one of the chrome-effect grab handle covers from the front of the van. We looked everywhere online for a replacement but without success and with Lunar having its problems we’d resigned ourselves to wrapping foil around the handle as a last resort. Then, we contacted Highbridge which sold us the van in 2019 and told them our our plight and asked if they could order a replacement. Within minutes Leighton had replied to our email and said he would put a couple in the post FOC. We’ve always had good service from Highbridge, especially during the lockdowns, and this episode reinforces our belief that is a good company to do business with. When it comes to the time we upgrade we know where we will be going.

We have purchased four campervan/motohomes from Marquis and have had excellent service throughout. This time we used Highbridge and have been astonished by the difference in service. I am sure they woud use Covid19 as an excuse but even taking that into account they have been appalling. We used the Devon centre for the purchase and have been repeatedly ignored by their service department (in between lockdowns) and even two calls to the head office and promises of action have led nowhere. I could not recommend this company to anyone.

His professional manner & extremely efficient communication skills are exemplary a rarity in this day & age. We bought our little caravan over the phone from Portugal. Adam sent photos & information. We received an email with a photo with the sold sign in the window & our deposit receipt attached. You should make him a Director! Excellent service!! Also from Tina on reception! Would not hesitate to recommend this company! Looking forward when safe to travel back & seen our little caravan & to browse around your supplies showroom & of course to meet Adam & the other staff. Fun Times!

Large amount of new and used caravans to look at with many different types to compare. Motorhome and day vans too also awning sales rooms and sundries shop carrying large range of supplies. Helpful staff in all areas and very knowledgeable in the awning sales department. Free parking on site with toilets available.
