Our roller shutter jammed about an hour before a large delivery we had waited days for. I called them up, the engineer arrived within the hour, got our door open and got our delivery in then serviced to door mechanism to stop it happening again. The engineer was excellent, and knew exactly what he was doing. I cannot rate highly enough! Rare to find service of this standard in this day and age.

Really professional and helpful company, all staff we dealt with were top notch and service was quick and efficient. They helped fit a new lock to our shutters and the gentleman who arrived was really great. Thanks!!
